Temptation

The strength of temptation is in the un-crucified area of the heart. An area that has not been surrendered to HIM, and to HIS purpose. The devil says, "You will never change, you were born with this, you owe it to our self". As this satanic negotiation goes on our heart is "pied off" into fragments and depression and fear become powerful navigators in our lives. We are called to surrender to God and to submit (to voluntarily come under the authority of) his mighty hand in James 4:7. We are no match for the devil but God has defeated him already! Live in HIS present victory today 2 cor 2:14 and don’t let the World, the devil or anything fragment your soul. The devils objective is to get you double minded so that you can’t receive the Word of God and have lay resident in you. In the devils biddings cry out - Lord I am yours 1 cor 6:19 and IN YOU there are true pleasure Psalms 16:11. The devils authority is only in the areas that are not surrendered to God. Let Go and let God. Stop trying and stop counting your sins or failures - God doesn’t! Psa 130:3.
