Full Bore

Shifting through the gears increases velocity and momentum pushes the car forward. Putting the car in neutral and revving the engine "full bore" will make a lot of noise but there will be no movement forward. The devil is like this....he will accuse and try to rile the emotions so that we are at “full bore" with no forward movement - just spinning. Our emotions which are designed to appreciate the things of God can sabotage us in any other light. The emotions can only be regulated by the mind of Christ. Fear projected can spin anything out of control if we believe the lie. We must take our emotions to the cross and in an act of the will nail them to the cross and not let them be in the driver seat of our heart. 2 Cor 10:5 says we are to take every thought “by spear point"! As life comes at you "full bore" don’t respond in neutral with self consciousness but confess and agree with the promises and allow everything in your life to move you forward unto Christ. 2 Cor 9:8 All things are designed for grace to abound in your life!
