The Secret PLace

The old rugged cross was not a gentle place. It was place were our Savior was massacred for our sake. HIS cross is the ultimate symbol of victory for all the ages. HE finished the work and all the demands for all ages – past, present and future. His blood paid the ransom and rescued us. Hallelujah! God has called us to bear our cross in agreement to what he has done. We lift up the completed work of God! Romans 6:4-8 is the refuge of the cross. We are crucified, slain and demolished, then buried and Christ life is activated. When we enter into what Christ has done, we cease from our own labor and enter into the river of the Spirit. We must be put “out of the way” for God to be visible. In Number 35 there were six cities were the guilty are safe. Where do you find refuge today? In your plans; your strength, your hopes? They will all fail. Run to Gods secret place today and discover His love, His provision and wisdom. There are no demands or standards on you, just a place were the old man is crucified and the new man is free to reign; rest and abide at the cross and walk in HIS newness.
