Inner Fire

Urgency is born from a prayer life that touches Gods throne! The inner devotion and revelation of God ignites our hearts. Fire needs oxygen and a combustible substance to survive. Without wood the fire goes out in Proverbs 20:26, with out proper oxygen smoke billows. In the spiritual realm Satan is constantly trying to squelch the fire to smother it and to stamp it out. The Holy Spirit is the fire that Jeremiah spoke of in Jeremiah 20:9 - he couldn't keep the good news silent - it was the joy and rejoicing of his heart in Jeremiah 15:16. Isaiah experienced the "spirit of burning" in Isaiah 4:4. This burning was released from nothing obstructing the Holy Spirit free course in His life. No other gods were before the Lord. Psalms 104:4 says that Gods ministers are flames of fire! In His light we see the flame of God burning -burning with love for souls! David said in psalms 39:3 that what he mused on ignited his heart! what are you fellow shipping and musing on today? Are you a smoking flax choking or are you a burning flame totally surrendered to the Lord with nothing competing with the King of Kings. Be captivated with the beauty and holiness of God and burn like Gods flame.
