Touching God in Prayer

We have access to God! Think of that - We can come directly and speak to our heavenly father. How he loves to hear from his people. When we come to God He shares His heart with us, we receive God burden and we have soberness and wisdom in the day we live in. "Prayer is the breath of the believer" Martin Luther says, inhaling newness and exhaling Divine life and anointing. We break bread in communion, receiving his cup of deliverance. We must touch the master before the Work otherwise the work will have no anointing. Without prayer we are spiritually blind. We can come as we are in bankruptcy and God can revive our soul. Come boldly and worship him and hear His heartbeat and we will learn to ask according to His will. Consider these verses: Ps 35:13, Dan 9:3, Mk 9:29. "We desire, dear Lord, that Thou shouldest be more to us than Thy work. 'Tis not enough for us to plough Thy fields or keep Thy sheep, we want to serve Thee most of all. Help us to keep Thee in view all day, and whatsoever our hands find to do, may we do lt love to Thyself". -F.B. Meyer

Great words! I like what you wrote: " Without prayer we are spiritually blind " I read this and verse from Amos 3:3 came to my mind: " Can two walk together, except they be agreed?". In prayer we hear Him speak from His heart to our heart and when we agree with Him then we can walk together in His anoiting.
