Organic Love

Loving yourself may sound like a conceded idea, but it is a spiritual secret. Jer 31.3 shows us that Gods Love was not motivated because of a need, but a desire for fellowship. If you were the only one on the earth Christ would have still chosen to come and secure and rescue you in His extravagant love. The price on your life cannot be measured by anything earthly; it took the resolve of Christ’s precious blood to ransom. Unconditional love heals the disconnect of insecurity. Confidence is the fruit of loves perfection. Eph 5.19 says that we must talk to ourselves in love! Our “self talk” brings in a personal revelation that we are accepted in Him in Eph 1.6. Satan has no strategy that can penetrate someone who fellowships in Gods matchless love. When love is rejected anger takes its place and expectations become misguided. Love thinks no evil of you! I Cor 13.5,7- It believes the best about you in Christ. It bears and hopes ALL things because it is rooted and grounded in Truth of Gods nature. His love doesn’t demand a change it produces one! This love is Gods provision to escape the world. Past wounds, hurts and condemnation flee from this ever present unfailing love. The world will flirt for your love, attention and amazement; Guard your heart! The worlds love is superficial and there is always a catch, but God adds no sorrow to those who live in Heavenly organic love in Prov 10.22. No one can love you like Jesus can! Be still and let him love you right were you are at and He will restore your soul. The overflow of this Love for yourself will flow to those around you who desperately need it.

I cannot communicate what I don't know. Until I get to know the love of God, "which passes knowledge," I cannot communicate it to myself or others. This was Paul's main desire in Philippians 3:10, "That I may know him...." His goal was to know the Lover of his soul so that he could truly love others, including himself. We see this in the first commandment. Love God, then your neighbor as yourself. The progression is love God, love self, then love others. But 1 John 4:19 says, "We love him, because he first loved us." The key is not to try to love but to simply receive God's love. Through receiving His love all the others fall into place. The source is the key. Romans 5:5 says that "the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts BY THE HOLY SPIRIT which is given to us." Therefore, we do not need to strive to love but just let God love us. It is the love of God that will accomplish God's will for me to love others. It is by grace through faith we are saved, not of works, it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8-9). Love is of God, not of ourselves. We live a life of grace. The moment we begin to try to love on our own we enter into strife but when we let go and let God, then we enter into rest and loving people becomes a joy and it is never ending. We can even love our enemies, when we are sourced in the right Spirit (Romans 5:8). Lastly, God allows adverse conditions to reveal this Great love wherewith he has loved us in that we are able to love the unlovely and while persecuted, to love and not open our mouths. Jesus did not open his mouth while he was brutally assulted and crucified because love was perfected in him. Today, simply asking God to perfect his love in us will open heaven and the Spirit will pour out love and shed it abroad in our hearts. Loving and being loved is by grace alone. It's not of me but of the Spirit, who is able and willing to do it.

I think Gods love is the most important element in being a Christian. If you think about it everything to do with god and us it all ties in to his love. We cannot truly love ourselves until we embrace his love which leads to us loving our neighbors as we love thy self its like a big circle. But with out gods love we will be insecure which we can lead us not to share gods love with others. so lets just remember how perfect gods love is and just embrace and share it with one another. love you all and god bless

I just want to comment on this one more time because this message is just so amazing. When i think about gods love all i can say to myself is WOW!!!!I really cant understand why god loves me so much and why he did what he did just to have us with him in his kingdom. But i can tell you one thing that right there is an amazing god and i cannot deny that. Ive noticed the more i embrace gods love the more confident of a christian i become. Through gods love i learned not to compare my faith with other christians but to recognize we both have a wonderful relationship with god. Some me be more intimate with him then others but theres nothing to be ashamed about because god loves you as much as he loves him. Its not like jesus was sent to die on the cross for a selective few it was done for everybody but being god made us with a free volition its up to us to take that gift. That right there goes to show how loving and merciful our god is. how amazing is that i cant quote scriptures off the top of my head but i know his love i know that he provides and i know he is interested in me and that is just amazing god is very personal with us. well that is all thank you pastor jason for the words of encouragement love you all and god bless
