Eternal Purpose
Life can get so busy and routine that we can forget who we really are and why we are here on this earth. Our significance is found in an eternal purpose. Loneliness can creep in and aimlessness can cause us to be forgetful hearers. We have an Eternal purpose to know HIM and be conformed to HIS image. In a few short “spins of the earth” we will see Christ face to face! Our obedience by faith will be revealed and we’ll be so thankful we just didn’t take the easy way out. In Jer 48: 11 "Moab had settled on his lees; he has not been emptied from vessel to vessel.” Don’t settle and domesticate your call – put God first and HE will prosper you in truth. Have an Eternal view – every minute of the clock someone dies and goes into a Christ-less eternity! Feelings that are not challenged by the word will rule our life. Whatever the perception is cast it down and draw near – lets not be afraid to get a little radical with the devil! Weakness, when given to God can be our strongest areas. Gideon was weak but he kept getting up and running after Him he was faint, yet pursuing in Judges 8:4. Let’s get stirred up today - 2Ti 1:6 “Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God”. Let’s be girded with truth and enjoy your life. Right now is in preparation for ETERNITY. Make NOW count.
