The power of Prayer

2 Sam 22:23 "God [is] my strength [and] power: and he maketh my way perfect". Prayer is when we enter into Gods presence to hear from His heart. We enter into a place of power and spiritual health that saturates us and penetrates our heart. His Power is authority over resistance, the capacity to function in faith regardless of evidence. Often restraint is manifested instead of acting in emotion functioning in "quick fixes". The domination of the holy Spirit with-in is seen also with-out. In the fullness of Gods timing we see Gods plan revealed Gods way with great preciseness. Prayer releases God authority over the devil, in great truimph. We cannot regulate Gods power only by answered prayer - even though that is very encouraging; but true power is when we go deeper and our roots go into the underground water-ways. The evidence is the outward doesnt seem to matter and the healer becomes more beautiful than even the healing. Power is seen in how we get a hold of God and letting him get a hold of us. God is in control lets not wrestle with him for that, quietness reveals the devils defeat - rest in him today power is on its way.
