Divine Application
Knowledge is so readily available today. Our mind is full of what "needs to be done" but crossing into the realm of application often is missed. It is easy to analyze but what does it take to be utilized? Romans 7:18 "For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but [how] to perform that which is good I find not". The apostle Paul shares a secret in 1 Cor 15:10 "But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which [was bestowed] upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me". Grace labours? YES! When we are yielded to the Holy Spirit - grace labours! Gal 2:20 "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me". This is so key because we cant apply the supernatural. We are made to be channels. Our free will is surrendered and the Holy Spirit guides us and leads us into all truth. Trying turns to trusting, presssure turns into praise and we delight rather than "rush through" all those things in our schedule. Our attitude before God determines if what we are doing is secular or sacred. Radical reliance turns to Radical obediance, and we see God action in us! You are so loved and what you do isnt what gives you value - but who Christ has already made you to be IN HIM is the issue. A vessel unto His Honor!
