Get out of the Kitchen!

Get out of the kitchen if you cant stand the heat! This illustration rings in my ears when the furnace gets turned up spiritually. The kitchen is a place of great preparation for a meal that will feed and sustain its audience. When we begin to back off from preparation our focus even more so will be on the heat. We will compare ourselves with others and wonder what God is doing about them? We must be Christ Centered and not people oriented! We must learn the tools in the kitchen to prepare us for the journey that we will be nourished for. Pro 24:10 "[If] thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength [is] small". There is a constant distraction that the devil will give from absolute truth. Our personal interpretation doesn't matter. God will back up His word and His word only. Is His word your word? A subjective smorgasbord were we elevate earthly ideas above truth will always lead to deception eventually. Wipe the sweat off your brow and enjoy the aroma of what God is making - soon it will be time to eat and Run!
